The estate features a 500 acre kingdom of enchanted woodland, scenic lakes and rolling landscapes bordering the stunning banks of the River Tamar and River Lyd – all yours to explore. Wooladon Estate can sleep up to 34 people.

Set in the heart of the estate is our luxury Georgian manor house which boasts traditional elegance, charm and comfort for all your guests to enjoy, as well as 5 beautifully renovated, high-spec barn conversions. Perfect for your party to stay in while making memories and celebrating your special day.

The estate is home to an abundance of beautiful photo opportunities around every corner. Whether it’s by our lake, under the willow tree or in our woodlands, you will be spoilt for choice both inside and out.

Fancy a more natural ceremony? Weather permitting, we can even hold your ceremony in our many garden locations.

We are a fully licensed wedding venue by West Devon County Council for civil marriage ceremonies.
