Located in the middle of the Wooladon Estate, the house is perfect for an extended family to spend a week’s holiday or as the ideal destination for a group of friends wishing to celebrate a special occasion. With extensive living space, there is plenty of room for everyone to share and unwind, whilst enjoying the quiet location of the property. There are seven beautiful bedrooms with most benefiting from en-suite bathrooms. The large garden with its own ponds is ideal for an early morning coffee, or to enjoy alfresco dining on a warm summer’s evening – why not relax in our garden hot tub?  The house is located just outside the village of Lifton with the owners living nearby. The award winning farm shop is ideal if you don’t fancy cooking breakfast and also serves great lunches and afternoon teas.  The village also has a pub and local convenience shop.

Nearby Launceston has a wider range of shops and amenities, and is also home to an ancient ruined castle. Wooladon House is very well situated for those wanting to do some exploring. The stunning beaches of north Cornwall include, Bude, Widemouth Bay and Sandymouth, all worth a visit. The house is within easy reach of Dartmoor which provides some excellent walks for all abilities. There is good access into Cornwall and a visit to the Eden Project makes for a great day out. Locally, Roadford Lake provide sailing and other outdoor activities and there are National Trust Properties at Castle Drogo and Arlington. Shop and pub 1 mile, restaurant 2/3 mile.

First Floor:

Bedroom 3: with king size bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet

Bedroom 7: with king-size bed and ensuite with shower cubicle and toilet  (Bedrooms 6 and 7 make the perfect set up for a family of 4.  It is also possible to add an additional camp bed/cot to the children’s room (bedroom 6) if required)

Biomass central heating, bed linen, luxury towels (1 x hand towel and 1 x bath sheet per person) and wi-fi included.  Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack of seasonal farm shop produce – a treat to start!  Large garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture.  Hot tub – for up to 6 people.  Children’s toys supplied along with a selection of outdoor games.  Fishing on-site (licence required). Spacious private parking for 10 cars. No smoking in the property but designated smoking areas are marked.  Beautiful ponds set within the gardens all accessible to the guests for walks/picnics etc.

Please note:  Security Deposit: we do ask for a property security deposit of £500 to be paid.  This will be added to the final balance and will be refunded in full after your stay providing there is no damage to the property. Dogs: we allow up to 3 dogs in Wooladon House and ask that they are not allowed on furniture or on beds.  As this is a working farm they must be kept on a lead when walking through the estate. Additional charge of £20 per dog – this will be added to the final balance.
